Grupo Utopia Announces 2004 Seminar Series
The Grupo Utopia Seminar Series helps demystify high technology and its benefits for the top managers of the top companies in Costa Rica . Each of our Seminars has been a tremendous success with the top multinationals and local companies participating in each event. We consistently have participation from ICE, RACSA, the National Banks, and most of the call centers in Costa Rica .
We hosted our second annual Customer Service Excellence Seminar on the 24th of June. The event was attended by 35 Managers from the top companies in the area. Our next event is scheduled for August or early September. The August/September event will cover two days of extensive discourse on CRM, e-Business and Customer Service. We will be inviting top executives from the region including Costa Rica , Mexico , Panama and El Salvador . We have created a dynamic “event like,” atmosphere for the Seminar Series, and have partnered with the biggest names in technology to bring these events to Costa Rica .
