Grupo Utopia's second annual Customer Service Seminar Grupo Utopia International, SA held its second annual Customer Service Excellence Seminar on June 24, 2004 at the exclusive Club Union, in San José, Costa Rica. The event was attended by managers and technical staff from: Cisco Systems ITS Sonic Wall Banco de Costa Rica Hampton Inn ICE RACSA Café Britt La Republica Newspaper Coopeande Praxair Aselcom ULACIT (University of Latin America) And S&S Telecommunications The event was sponsored by: Cisco Systems, Aselcom, Sonic Wall And S&S Telecommunications Grupo Utopia president, David Anderson, had this to say about the event, “This was the first invitation only event we have done, so we were a little nervous about the outcome. It exceeded our expectations. We were able to provide our sponsors with an audience of high level decision makers from some of the most important technology users in Costa Rica . This event was planned and executed in a short period of time due to time constraints on the part of our sponsors. It was exciting to see it come together so well.” The Next Utopia Seminar is planned for the end of August or early September, depending on development time.
