"The services sector will have the support
of Grupo Utopia, who is in the process of establishing operations in Forum
Office Park, in Santa Ana, San Jose.
"This company has two divisions: one will develop software for wireless applications; the other consists in a call center, which will be outsourcing services worldwide", said Juan Carlos Quiros, Vice President of Administration.
David Anderson, one of the founders of the company, is, precisely who six years ago founded Acer's Call Center in Costa Rica.
Quiros said that the Group will start operations in the first months of 2002, which will require at least 60 employees, and grow to 100 in the next 90 days.
The hiring process will start next month.
The initial investment is calculated to over $2 million."
