One of my best buddies, who has been coming to Costa Rica off and on for years, wrote the original with the idea of helping visiting gringos keep from getting ripped off. I am not in the business of "commissions," anything that is recommended in the book is recommended because it is the BOMB! Some local businesses have even offered to pay to be featured in the guide, but we wont do it.
