NO!
Bill Clinton was not the first black President, and I am sick of this stupid question. Its about as STUPID as this picture...
Man it hurts me to say this, becuase I loved Clinton, but what he and his wife are doing in this election shows just how jaded and hypocritical they truly are. They are on the path to destroying ANY chance of Democrats winning the Presidency... Clinton has shown his TRUE colors for the last couple of months.
