Suddenly....

There is now enough water in the dams, and there will be no more rolling blackouts. Translation, too many people were losing money in these idiotic blackouts, someone with lots of money, probably a resturant chain owner or developer, complained to the right person, and it came to an end...

I will be traveling a fair amount to costa rica in the next year so from what I am reading the best way to stay connected via email is the system that you use? I do not know how well blackberry does in CR but if there service for the internet sucks I am not certain if I wish to have a blackberry. If you could advise me how well your system works. Thanks AB
