Talk about being obesessed!

Jesus, get the hell over it! You LOST. Al Qaeda did not vote in the Election, the American people did, and they did so resoundingly. They kicked your sorry asses out. They did so for a variety of reasons, among them hypocrisy, perversion, more hypocrisy and corruption.
All this whining is getting real tiresome.

I hate to tell you this Kim, but we are not going to go back and re-run the election, and if we did you would likely lose again. So get over it For God's Sake! You are getting to be embarrassing.

Get the hell over what? You being obsessed with Kim? Isn't that four or five links to her in the last couple of days?

Yeah- I guess that the Associated Press should stop being so obsessed with what all the peace loving ones are saying and stop reporting these stories, too. I mean, I read the articles she links to. What's the big deal?

Why don't we just negotiate?

(It's kinda fun being the opposition. And they haven't even been sworn in yet.)

I am obsessed with Kim? LOL! That was a good one. No, I am obsessed with the idea that people just cant let go. Reminds me of some kids I knew in High School, when they lost an election, they spent the next year preaching gloom and doom, losing the respect of even those who supported them.
What I am saying is...
Give the Democrats a chance. Let's see what happens. if they fuck up, I will be one of the first to say so.
But the whole Terrorist are Democrat fans is ridiculous. Who the fuck cares about what they think about the election. What Kimmy should be focussed on is what AMERICANS think, and why. Since she seems to be so far out of touch with it.
But then didn't some of the folks at Wizbang predict that the Dems would not take EITHER house? Now that is being in touch with reality.... Sarcasm intended.

Pot, meet Kettle.

This is pretty funny advice coming from people who have spent the last six years denying that Bush ever won the presidency.

WTF, David. Let go of what? It's been three freakin days. How long did it take the losing side to "let go" after the last three elections? Have you "let go" of 2000.

It's almost silly that you expect people to stop reading the news and making predictions. As if that is what ever happens by either side. Did Air America go off the air for six weeks after the last election? Did Oliver stop writing? How about C&L?

Damn- and is it that tough to read the criticism? You obviously don't have an answer for it. (Yeah, sure- you'll come with something like, you don't want to dignify it or whatever.)

Several references to Kim needing to get over something, yet zero words in reference to what she said. Do you think that Democrats should address anything that Kim has been writing about? Even make a statement that despite the words of some of the people who want to attack us that America is united in our goal of fighting terrorism and protecting our great nation? They wouldn't even have to define their undefined plan. A simple statement of unity would go a long way.

Obviously Kevin does not even know me, so I wont bother responding to that nonsense. Marty, I will simply say this...

After the last presidential election, did Bush talk about Unity? No he bragged about the "capital" he had from the Election and how he was going to spend it. Well for someone who probably grew up with no credit limit, it is easy to understand why he has non left, not even with the mom and pop Republicans he used to buy from without even thinking (wink)! You guys, this time including you... Are always insisting that we respond to some ridiculous comment or another. While you go out of your way to IGNORE or defend those on your side who fart in the elevator.

You say you sent a letter to the GOP of NY on their racist ad, and you did not really see the Racism in the anti-Ford campaign ad. Fair enough, I cant read your mind. I just find it interesting that even Fords opponent called it Repulsive.

No, I am not going to cut Kim or anyone else slack. For six years you guys have been sitting up on the hill, lobbing grenades down at the rest of us. Well the hill has been taken, so like I said, Get over it!

The whole idea that Democrats need to respond to "The Terrorist are happy," is ridiculous. Like I said, the terrorist did not vote in the Election, the American people did. And they voted overwhelmingly to make a change. Something that Kim needs to accept. Now if Kim or anyone else wants to talk about irregularities, and show proof of them, I will respect that. That is what we did. And despite the election results this year, I still believe that there were irregularities in the last Presidential election, and the one before that.

And I dont want Kim or anyone else to "go off the air." Frankly, I am just enjoying the screeching and tearing of clothes... It's nice to have something to laugh at. Sort of like the whole, "Oh my God, the Democrats won, and the Stock Market is in the dumps... That is... Right before the market boomed back the same day and showed gains!"

The terrorism boogey man is OVER as an election ploy. I am just pissed that they ever got to use it in the first place. Especially since.... Who was it who was in the White House on 9/11?

Just found this... From Captain Ed... Isn't he one of your heroes Marty? Well he said it a helluva lot better than I could:

Link

Radical Islamists want to divide Americans in order to defeat us. They will play on our differences, stoking the fires of resentment and generating more hatred between us than we have against our enemies. AQ understands that the only way they can possibly beat the US is to get us to grind to a halt with partisan warfare at home, paralyzing our ability to fight them on the battlefield and sapping our will to put them out of business. This video is transparently calculated to give enough ammunition to both sides of the political divide to do that job. Besides, if we take Abu Hamza at his word about the Democrats, then we have to take him at his word about Bush as well, and about our troops.

The partisan sniping has ceased to be germane. We've already had the election, and the Democrats are in charge -- and they will be for two years no matter what. Obviously, we will watch closely to ensure that they do not surrender to terrorism, but I'm not going to take Abu Hamza's word that they will before their majority session even starts. They are Americans, and Americans put them in charge, and they have earned the right to show us how they will face the enemy now that they control the agenda. If they fail, I'll be the first to castigate them for losing ground to the terrorists. However, I'm going to base that on their actions, and not on the word of a murderous thug who couldn't care less whether their American victims are Democrats, Republicans, Greens, Libertarians, or LaRouchists.

The reality is that we cannot win the war on terror without the Democrats after these midterm elections. Rather than continue with antagonizing rhetoric, we'd better find ways to engage them rationally in this effort if we want to survive. I'm hoping we can find common ground with them now that they have the responsibility to govern. If we can't, then let's criticize them for their actual failures, and not get so intent on grasping at any way to attack them that we start becoming repeater stations for the ravings of genocidal lunatics.

Now that... is an example of what I am talking about!
