I think Iraq probably has fairer elections....
Than the U.S. these days... The funny thing is... Even in Costa Rica, I am not immune to Deibold... They make most of the ATM's here in Costa Rica. I have been victim to them stealing my money three times, and each time it took me a month to get my money back from the bank. It seems that it takes a month to do an audit and determine if the machine was in error. Posted by David A at September 14, 2006 12:29 PM
