Yuck!

This is the time of year in Costa Rica that I hate. The summer just ended and the rainy season has begun. While the rain does not bother me, (actually I like it), this period is terrible because for the next month or so it is humid as hell. The Costa Ricans say the ground is sweating. I don't know how accurate that is, but I know I am sweating like a pig, and I hate it.
It will cool off in a month or two, and then come the constant afternoon showers followed by Power Failures... Remind me, why do I live in Costa Rica?

Because Costa Rica is beautiful, the culture is warm, the people are warmer, and life is gooooooooood in tiquicia. :-)
