This is one of my favorite songs
I just saw this video on Crooks and Liars. I remember the first time I heard this song... On an episode of Miami Vice. I have been a fan every since. Posted by David A at May 28, 2006 02:39 PM

Ah... Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush, from Gabriel's 1986 album "So." That was the first CD I ever bought. There are a couple of songs on that that leave me cold ("Mercy Street," "Red Rain"), but for the most part it is a fantastic piece of work. In fact, I'm surprised that you or some of your compatriots haven't tried using "We Do What We're Told (Milgram's 37") to attack conservatives -- it's almost ready-made for it, if you're going for the Nazi parallels as is the wont of so many. J. Posted by: Jay Tea I've been a fan of both Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush for ages... In 1982 I drove from Memphis to Washington DC and back in 3 days just to see a Peter Gabriel concert. Posted by: Jack What is this... "Miami Vice" that you speak of? And who is this... "Peter Gabriel"? /sarcasm :) Posted by: Mark at May 29, 2006 02:28 PM LOL! Nice to see this one touched a cord with some folks. But the video was a bit weird I think. Posted by: David Scott Anderson Post a comment
