Here is an interesting approach
This is a scam, no doubt about it. But I have to give it to the scammer for using a unique approach. Instead of going straight for the Money, "she," plays lonely heart: Dearest I really appreciate the response. Where are you now? How can we meet? Is it so early in the relationship to meet? I believe we have to see each other and get to know one another. It will help us to get serious. If the relationship cannot work,then we take the next step. I believe life is all about belief, achievement and love. If we share a lot of things together,nothing can stop us. Send some pictures and tell me more about yourself. I also need your contact address and fax number. Tell me more about your business and social life. Tell me about the your family and your city. My family is very small. I have a brother and we are getting on fine.I have also secured a new work in Amsterdam If we get on fine ,Then you can as well visit me here. I hope my pictures is a delight. Good luck . Her response was to send me the lovely ode above. Along with an assortment of pictures.
I am sure I have seen some of them before on one of the 419 Scam sites. It is funny to me, and actually kind of sad... That there are lonely people out there who could possibly be scammed by this kind of person. I sent the following OUTRAGEOUS response: I am still not sure how you got my email, or why you use Yahoo to send mail but have a different return address. Looks very suspicious to me. Not only that, why would a beautiful young woman like you be looking for a lover over email, especially sending email to someone you obviously know nothing about. Well, I am not ready to share much with you at this point. Lets just say I am a wealthy Black Man living in Central America. I run my own company in High Technology and travel the world. I am also married, but occassionaly take a Mistress if it suits my whim. So I dont think I am what you are looking for. Usually in such cases it is only for sexual gratification (of both parties of course), but I treat my other women well. You are an attractive woman, but your approach makes me suspicious. I would suggest you join Yahoo Personals or something. I am not the right kind of man for a woman looking for something serious. I could fly over for a weekend. But it would be just for sex and a good time.
