Perhaps, David, if you used "Shaheed" (the personalized noun form) in your Google search, you might be a bit more enlightened. "Shaheed" is the term the Palestinians use for suicide bombers -- and it means "martyrs." Remember that one of the newly-elected members of the Palestinian parliament is "The Mother of Shaheed," whose three sons all blew themselves up, and she ran on that as her platform.
