Eh, I don't think so Kevin. Oh I am not doubting that may have been the case had the Democrats had any real power the last few years, but since they haven't, they have been mostly missing out on the big paydays and junkets... Fortunate for them.... BAD for the Republicans who have been hauling it away in buckets. So pardon me while I take a LONG drink.

If I'd meant to say what you believe I meant, I'd have said it... :-).
The term "Capitol Hill" includes Republicans, Democrats, and staffers of both parties.

I'm sure there will be some Democrats implicated. Mostly those that regularly side with the Repugnants.
