The Power of ONE!

I sat with my son watching the coverage of the Rosa Parks memorial in Detroit. My children were not really aware of Rosa's profound impact on our nation's history, so I spent a little time explaining to them her role in the Civil Rights movement.

My son looked at me thoughtfully and said, "Dad, it's like the Power of One,isn't it." I nodded my head... He got it, he summarized it in that one simple sentence... The power of one person to shake the world... Thank you Rosa, and rest in peace.
