Money Making Opportunity

As most of you know, I am opening a new contact center in Guatemala City. We are currently looking for clients. Plans including providing the following services:

* Inbound Customer Service and Technical Support Calls
* Outbound Customer Service, Marketing and Support Calls, including Telemarketing
* Web support, including email and chat
* Outbound Sales Campaigns

The Center is being designed with the latest in technology, including solutions from:

* Cisco
* IBM
* HP
* Avaya
* Oracle
