Is the Fillibuster Dead?
This post about Joe Biden's comments on Meet the Press would seem to indicate so. Personally, I say let the Republicans go with their Nuclear Option. It is clear that the American people do not support it, so let them bring it on. The REAL filibuster has been going on for five years in Washington, and it was designed to cow the opposition and silence debate. Time to send Harry Reed a Case of Viagra.
