The Iraqi Constitution
The Commissar has the entire document in English. I know that the biggest concern people have expressed regard women's rights. To be honest, it is difficult to tell how Women's rights will shape up under this constitution. Article 2 is the article that raises the most concern, and yet hope: Article (2): The constitution covers extensively the issue of human rights, and implies that Iraq will adhere to international standards in this area.
