Answer the man!
Setting aside the definition of matters of controversy for a moment.... Brian Keegan at Centerfield lays out a worthy query: If it's better for the states to decide than the feds, isn't it even better to let each and every person in each of the different states make their own choices on matters of controversy, thus avoiding the bitter battles engendered by all sorts of governmental "one size fits all" pronouncements?
