For All those on Both Sides
Who demonized Michael Schiavo.... Including the sleazebag conservative politicians who used Terri as a poster child for fundraising.... Don't fall all over yourselves apologizing. "The brain weighed 615 grams, roughly half of the expected weight of a human brain. ... This damage was irreversible, and no amount of therapy or treatment would have regenerated the massive loss of neurons." The just released autopsy shows that the situation was just as Michael stated, his wife was in PVS. I know few of you will have the morality or courage to apologize or for that matter, even admit you were wrong, but maybe now, that poor woman can rest in peace! Her own body providing the evidence to clear the name of the man who loved her. Angel weighs in. She does not comment, just points out the obvious. Posted by David A at June 15, 2005 10:36 AM

Don't hold your breath for those apologies, David. On the Care2 boards, the Republicans are already shouting conspiracy. Michael paid off the coroner because he is all powerful and stuff! LOL I am very happy that the autopsy proved that Michael was not the monster he was being made out to be. I can understand the pain of Terri's family, but demonizing an innocent man was just uncalled for and they should have remembered their faith instead of spouting so many lies. Michael was guilty of committing adultery, not murder. I guess I could relate to Michael too. I had to make the decision to remove my Daddy off of life support with my sisters and it was the hardest decision I have ever made. It is what my father would have wanted and it is what we chose. I don't regret making the decision we made even though I miss my Daddy everyday of my life. I can't imagine how hard that decision would be with family accussing you of hateful intentions. Posted by: Rogue at June 15, 2005 11:18 AM I heard they are really getting started over at La Shawn Barber's Corner on this very topic. I don't even want to read what is being said over there. *shaking head* Posted by: Rogue at June 16, 2005 10:32 AM Post a comment
