Rolando A. Chacón |

Rolando A. Chacón has been practicing law since 1989. Mr. Chacón has had vast experience in the political arena, first as Chief of Staff and later as Special Advisor to the Speaker of Congress. He is currently advisor to the President of the country and the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He is a senior partner at the very prestigious law firm of Daremblum & Asociados, which has specialized in foreign business and international commercial transactions. Mr. Chacón is a Board Member and Vice President of Banco de Costa Rica, one of the biggest and strongest financial institutions in Central America and the Caribbean and also serves as Board Member of Banco Internacional de Costa Rica, a financial institution with main operations in Miami, Panama and the Bahamas. He obtained his law and masters degrees from Universidad de Costa Rica and a further masters degree from Georgetown University, Washington DC. |

| Ohad Finkelstein is a long time friend and colleague of PDA Utopia CEO David Anderson. Finkelstein and Anderson worked together at Pakard Bell Electronics in the early 1990's and have remained friends and supporters of each other's efforts since. Before Interoute, Finkelstein was Vice President of Global Operations at VocalTec Communications Ltd., a leading international software house developing and marketing voice and multimedia communications over packetised networks, the internet and intranets. During this time he was also a senior advisor on the advisory board at IDEA: a world leader in financial and economic analysis. Prior to that, he was director of computers and peripherals at Eurocom Communications Ltd and head of international activities at Packard Bell Electronics. Ohad holds bachelor degrees in Political Science and International Marketing and was named 1989 Man of the Year by COMA (US Committee On Media Accountability). He is a mentor to Mr. Anderson and has provided invaluable counsel on startup financing and international telecommunications. |

He started Video One Corporation to develop broadband Internet based video conferencing applications and is an expert in Sun's Java and Ginnie technologies.
